PLEASE NOTE: The following terms and conditions apply to all purchase orders accepted by Mr. Plastics, Inc. Insofar as there may be inconsistencies between these terms and conditions and those referred to on customer purchase orders, the terms listed here shall prevail and will govern the contractual relationships between Mr. Plastics and its customers.

Insofar as there may be inconsistencies between these terms and conditions and those referred to on customer purchase orders, the terms listed here shall prevail and will govern the contractual relationships between Mr. Plastics and its customers.
- Any claims for damage, shortages, or rejected parts must be made in writing within 30 days of shipment. No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization. Credits will be considered upon inspection, and none will be granted if the part has been altered, defaced or damaged in any way, or if any additional operation has been performed on it. Damage due to improper storage, including that which is caused by weather or sun exposure will result in a denial of credits.
- Returns on standard size, uncut stock materials can be made within 30 days of purchase, as long as the materials is in its original, undamaged condition and masking is still intact. Returns may be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
- We do not offer returns on cut-to-size and custom fabricated items. All sales on these items are final.
- Any CAD programs, designs of any kinds, or files that Mr. Plastics devises in conjunction with a particular project remain the intellectual property and sole possession of Mr. Plastics, Inc., unless specifically itemized as a ‘deliverable’ and assigned a transactional value on a purchase order.
- Mr. Plastics does not make guarantees regarding the structural engineering or in-field performance of the products it designs or manufactures. Designs that Mr. Plastics may submit are for customer consideration, evaluation, or performance testing as may be deemed prudent, and are subject to customer's ultimate approval.
- Mr. Plastics will not assume liability for the failure of customer specified parts. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of glue or tape in lieu of mechanical fasteners, electronics, or discoloration of materials.
- If after the completion of an order, Mr. Plastics is holding material or finished parts for more than 30 days, it reserves the right to charge storage fees. Alternatively, the customer may elect to have Mr. Plastics ship the material at customer’s expense to a public warehouse or to such other place of business as customer may designate. If customer does not provide Mr. Plastics with payment or direction, Mr. Plastics may abandon the material with no further notification.
- Upon approval of a credit for returned items, Mr. Plastics will refund the customer in the same manner the order was paid. Credit card purchases will see a refund of the charges, cash purchases will be refunded in cash and check purchases will be refunded via company check.
- Customers are responsible for inbound and outbound freight charges for custom ordered materials that are returned, in addition to any restocking fees charged by the source company.
- Mr. Plastics 30 day return policy will not be extended as the result of customer failure to inspect parts upon receipt. Please ensure you inspect parts for inaccuracies and non-conformance promptly upon receipt.
- Items damaged while in transit via UPS, FedEX or LTL carrier MUST be documented per shipping company’s requirements. Do not discard damaged items, packaging or paperwork. Credits cannot be issued and freight claims can not be approved without these items. Contact Mr. Plastics immediately at 510-895-0774.
