Ordering. All catalog merchandise is in stock, ready for UPS shipment. 90% of Mr. Plastics’ orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of order. Call 510-895-0774 for fast service.

Packing. Please add 5% for packing, $7.50 minimum per order. Acrylic fixtures receive special care and packing.

Special Sizes. Card racks and some other shelves can be cut to your special lengths. $2.50 per cut with your order.

Drop Ship. $2.50 per location.

COD Shipment. New accounts COD or prepaid. Maximum COD allowed: $1,500.00. Prepayment required for all amounts over $1,500.00.

Returns. No returns without authorization. Please inspect your order upon receipt. In event of damage, notify freight carrier immediately. Claims must be made withtin five (5) days of delivery date. Authorized returns carry a 20% restocking charge.

Sales Tax. All orders shipped to points within CA subject to CA sales tax.
