Museum Quality Displays with Clear Acrylic

8/23/2023

Looking for museum quality displays to protect and display a special item?

Instead of using glass try out clear acrylic - it's optics are clear, shinny and perfect for a museum quality vitrine.

Acrylic vitrines are perfect for museums to cover and protect artifacts and relics.

With its acrylic glossy sheen and crystal clear optics - it's the perfect material.

Clear Acrylic versus Non Glare

This question gets asked a lot when trying to determine what kind of acrylic material to use in a museum.

Clear acrylic has a clean and glossy finish whereas non glare has a sheen that is more muted and prevents any kind of light or glare from reflecting off it.

Non glare acrylic is often used for framing portraits, paintings and photographs.

It can also be used for a vitrine but in the case of a display - it is advisable to use clear acrylic that way the display is crystal clear for the item being displayed and visually appealing.
